What do you do for fun on Memorial Day???
Well there are many options...nothing, clean, BBQ, say good-byes, swim...there are endless possibilities of what can be done. So we tried to do as much as possible on all in one day. This was dads last day off before going back to work and this was the last full day Emily and Alex had to spend with their friends, and family here in San Angelo.
Emily had a good-bye sleep over party with some of her classmates. That ended with only a few hours of sleep and exhaustion for the rest of the day. Alex was at his best-friends house and realized after a very long day, he didn't want to leave. We met some of our friends at the pool to go swimming and found a bunch more that we weren't planning on. We ended the evening with by a campfire in the middle of no where with some friends eating smores and enjoying the sunset. After all is said and done, we were exhausted and wished we had one more day before we had to say our good-byes.
