Happy Easter

To start the morning off then both Emily and Savannah got to wear their new clothes to church, and they had to match. Mom just finished up the dress yesterday and decided they both needed matching hair bows this morning before church. No worries we made it just in time for church.

Family pictures where taken when we came home. We even managed to get mom and dad in a picture together with all of the kids. We only took one and it turned out.

Emily and Alex help Savannah find the Easter eggs in the front yard. She didn't understand what to do with them at first, but she quickly realized that it was fun to throw the egg in her basket. She tried to take them out after she threw them in. So we ended up with some cracked hard boiled eggs. Luckily they were hard boiled.

Alex and Emily went on their own scavenger hunt to find their Easter Gifts. We did a scripture chase through the house that ended in their room. They were both shocked to find what they received. Alex got Goal II, a soccer movie he has been dieing to see. Emily got her own CTR ring. They were very excited and happy about the chocolate and other goodies they found in their bag.

This day came with the reminder of how blessed we are this Easter for the wonderful gift of our Savior Jesus Christ.
