Eric's Birthday

Savannah and Brittlynn love birthdays. They love the excitement that comes from giving gifts to people and they love to celebrate. Most of the celebration is done first thing in the morning. The last year was a little crazy for Eric. He changed jobs, which has been hard from him, he had his tonsils out which was miserable, he had been injured for awhile and couldn't run and just found out that he had to have surgery. He is looking forward to his next adventure after he retires from his job. He just hasn't decided what he wants to do when we get out. Once he figures what he wants to do we will be able to focus on where we want to go.

The bishop dropped off a waffle iron at our house and the girls had a blast making waffles for breakfast for their daddy. To finish off the weekend we took the girls up to the mountain to go skiing. Brittlynn wasn't able to go because she had been running a fever the day before. Savannah had a blast. She is getting so strong. We are excited for what the year has to hold for our family and we are grateful that we have Eric as a Daddy, husband, and friend. I love the daddy moments that Eric shares with his girls. They have the best dad.
