Adventure Day 2

Another day and another adventure. There were two flights out for today. The first one didn't have very many seats but we got up early to drop off the car and we waited at the terminal to see if we could get lucky. To pass the time Eric took the girls to go on a walk and they found some air planes. It was good for them to get out and do something a little different.

We were so close to being able to get on the plan today. We missed it by only a few names. We might have a chance tomorrow. It's crazy to think we might be going to Hawaii...and maybe Japan.

To pass the time today we decided to go check out the Jelly Belly Factory. We had a crazy lunch shaped like jelly beans and went on a tour that taught us more about the making of jelly beans then I could ever imagine. The girls had so much fun and I was surprised to see how much my husband loves Jelly bellies. He was a little kid in a candy store. 

We were so excited because we were able to get a room on base. So we spent a quiet night. We rented a movie and ate as small dinner from the grocery store. The sad part came when we saw some people that had got on the plane earlier walking around the base. We went to ask what happened to the flight. After 2 hours of waiting to take off they cancelled the flight. At this point we knew we weren't going to make it to Hawaii. We decided to think of other options. Our car still wasn't fixed so we figured we might try the next morning and try our luck one more time. What a long week these two days have been.
