The most important thing that happens in the family in the fall is a little football and we have to dress the part. First game of the season and we are all so excited. Some of my favorite memories over the years is our family dressing together for The Ohio State's first game of the season. I am glad we are able to carry on the tradition with our girls. They get so excited to cheer for daddy's teams.
We decided to get together for a family night supporting our local football team. It was cold and windy and the we barely made to half time. The team...didn't look so pretty, but we were able to support some of my students doing something they love.
We can't get enough soccer in our family and it is great to see sister playing with sister and helping each other with the new skills they learned during soccer practice. The hardest part this season was when Brittlynn realized that daddy wasn't going to be her coach. She assumed after he coached Savannah in the spring, he would coach her in the fall. With me starting a new job and Eric in his calling at church we stretched really thin.
This girls loves her daddy. If she could she would spend every minute with him and I am so happy to have some of the moments captured on camera. She is reading better each and every day and this is another time of day they always spend together. She reads to him and he reads to her. Every girl should have a daddy like him. I am so grateful he fulfills his role so well.
This girl has made an art of loosing teeth and she does it so well. As soon as it starts to move in her mouth she is ready to have me pull it our. It doesn't even bother her when I have to pry it out of mouth. Such a brave strong girl. I love her tons.
Just because this is a little random thing to see on your front yard. Its kinda an eye sore, but not a bad way to fundraise a little money for their program.
