With church at 9:00 in the morning that meant everyone had to wake up to see what was left for them on Easter. As a reminder of the gift of eternal life given to us by Jesus Christ, celebrated on Easter, for He is Risen. The children also receive gifts. (This year dad did too.) We woke up Alex and Emily and the fun began. Savannah was so excited to see what everyone got. Alex and Emily couldn't figure out what all the excitement was all about, and would have loved to stay in bed. Who can say no to Savannah?
Happy Easter!
Savannah checking out the gifts before brother and sister arrive
A new swimming suit is a great gift
Brittlynn loves her new dress and shoes.
Alex is excited about his new hat
Emily is way excited about her new purse...perfect size for church.
Savannah showing off her new dress.
As a tradition we try to get a family picture of everyone all dressed up before church. This year was a little hard than others...we almost didn't make it to church on time. With new dresses we needed to get some new pictures of everyone. (Thanks for thinking of us Grandmere)
With a little help from photo-shop...and almost perfect family picture.
Content not having anything on her head
Alex should dress up more often...he looks NICE!
Brittlynn just wanted to be with her mommy :(
Savannah loves getting her picture taken
Yes, they are sisters...luckily Savannah has a birth mark on her nose so baby pictures won't be confused.
Sisterly love.
The best part about Easter was reflecting on the Saviour's life that he freely gave so we too can live again. What a wonderful thing to celebrate as a family.

What a cute Family. Wondering how they got such good pictures without photo shop???
The hassle was worth it - the pictures look great. Tell Emily I love her haircut!
